Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, proactive recruiting for key hire and hard-to-fill positions
• Build and execute targeted search strategies prioritizing passive candidate outreach
• Partner with hiring managers to define role needs, selection criteria, and recruiting plans
• Coach stakeholders on candidate evaluation and interview process consistency
• Strengthen employer brand in partnership with Marketing and Communications
• Manage talent pipelines and maintain accurate tracking using the ATS
• Track, report, and improve recruiting performance using data-driven insights
• Partner with HR to develop, negotiate, and close offers

Requirements

• Progressive recruiting and talent acquisition experience
• Experience filling senior-level, difficult-to-fill, or key hire roles
• Advanced sourcing capabilities across professional networks and industry associations
• Experience with ATS and recruiting tools (Greenhouse experience is a plus)
• Ability to track and present recruiting KPIs to leadership
• Willingness to travel as business needs require

• A/E/C industry experience
