About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic, proactive recruiting for key hire and hard-to-fill positions
- Build and execute targeted search strategies prioritizing passive candidate outreach
- Partner with hiring managers to define role needs, selection criteria, and recruiting plans
- Coach stakeholders on candidate evaluation and interview process consistency
- Strengthen employer brand in partnership with Marketing and Communications
- Manage talent pipelines and maintain accurate tracking using the ATS
- Track, report, and improve recruiting performance using data-driven insights
- Partner with HR to develop, negotiate, and close offers
Requirements
- Progressive recruiting and talent acquisition experience
- Experience filling senior-level, difficult-to-fill, or key hire roles
- Advanced sourcing capabilities across professional networks and industry associations
- Experience with ATS and recruiting tools (Greenhouse experience is a plus)
- Ability to track and present recruiting KPIs to leadership
- Willingness to travel as business needs require
Preferred Qualifications
- A/E/C industry experience
