About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive comprehensive account management and strategic development for a specific business vertical within T4M
- Serve as the primary strategic leader and point of contact for key client relationships and vertical commercial leads
- Identify growth opportunities and implement tailored expansion strategies aligned with client objectives
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape
- Develop and maintain comprehensive account dashboards to track and report on vertical performance metrics
- Provide data-driven strategic recommendations to internal commercial teams
- Manage the Planning Manager for the assigned vertical, overseeing the setup and delivery of T4M programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 7-10 years of experience in strategic account management
- Proven track record of developing and implementing sophisticated business strategies
- Strong understanding of the M&E (Meetings & Events) business
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of booking processes and Online Booking Tools (OBTs)
- Experience working within a global remote management environment
- Multilingual capabilities
