Strategic Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable business through proactive supplier development and business needs assessment
• Identify, qualify, and onboard new suppliers for Communication Service Providers
• Manage RFQs, negotiate pricing, and execute supplier agreements for external services
• Oversee supplier relationships, performance, and commercial risk management
• Influence partner ecosystems and supplier segmentation strategies
• Embed digitalization and AI within sourcing processes
• Coach sourcing professionals and contribute to tool and process design

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing roles
• Proven experience within the telecommunications domain
• Deep knowledge of the UK and Ireland sourcing ecosystems
• Expertise in contract structuring and innovation deals
• Strong understanding of ESG frameworks and sustainability in procurement
