Strategic Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities

• Source suppliers, services, solutions, and products for indirect procurement, site services, and telecom maintenance
• Lead, prepare, and execute RFx and bidding processes to drive cost competitiveness
• Evaluate, select, and onboard suppliers based on business requirements
• Conduct commercial negotiations and finalize supplier agreements
• Manage supplier contracts and relationships (SRM) to drive performance and continuous improvement
• Optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) in alignment with global objectives
• Ensure full compliance with internal controls, local regulations, and ethical standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders on P2P and sourcing processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in strategic sourcing and procurement
• End-to-end strategic sourcing expertise
• Strong commercial, contract, and negotiation skills
• Proven supplier management experience
• Risk and compliance mindset with strong financial acumen
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and multicultural environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of internal sourcing processes
• Category-specific technical knowledge
• Experience using IT ordering tools such as Ariba, SAP, or Oracle
