Strategic Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies for assigned OFCI equipment and professional services
• Lead RFPs, negotiations, and contract awards to secure commercial value and risk mitigation
• Own procurement and delivery oversight for data center fit-out categories including mechanical and electrical infrastructure
• Establish and track supplier KPIs regarding cost, delivery, quality, and capacity
• Support construction teams by sourcing equipment and services aligned to project schedules
• Track equipment inventory and manage logistics, storage, and transportation services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, Operations, or Construction Management
• 7–10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or project delivery
• Direct experience sourcing critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure
• Demonstrated experience leading sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations
• Experience working in data center, industrial, or large-scale infrastructure environments
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 30%
• Authorization to work without current or future sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting hyperscale or AI-focused data center deployments
• Familiarity with ERP systems and digital procurement workflows
• Experience operating in global or multi-region supply chains
