Strategic Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage Thermal Liquid Cooling supply, including RFQ processes for Costed BOM and NPI development costs.
• Monitor raw material readiness with suppliers to track shortages and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Track and manage Thermal Liquid Cooling BOM and part numbers throughout each design phase milestone.
• Release forecasts and demand orders to suppliers while negotiating to secure material delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with engineers and suppliers to perform risk management for material readiness and reduce E&O.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial/Technology Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of BOM structures and the design process for Thermal Liquid Cooling (servers/racks).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (pivots, V-Lookups) and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the ODM/OEM manufacturing or Server System Solution industry.
• Direct experience in supply chain or procurement functions.
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin.
