Strategic Sourcing Leader, Contract Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end global category strategies for Contract Manufacturing, including make-or-buy analysis and supplier footprint design.
• Drive measurable cost and value creation by aligning sourcing strategies with enterprise financial objectives and margin improvement goals.
• Manage high-complexity supplier negotiations, including long-term agreements and innovative pricing models.
• Develop advanced supply intelligence through should-cost modeling, total cost of ownership analysis, and market indexing.
• Provide executive-level supplier relationship management to ensure performance, innovation, and sustainability.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders in Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and Technology to align sourcing priorities with business needs.

Requirements

• Master's degree is required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
• Proven experience leading global category strategies, specifically within industrial services, subcontracting, or industrial outsourcing.
• Advanced negotiation and contracting expertise regarding industrial services contracts.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities, including data-driven decision-making and cost modeling.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead complex initiatives in a global environment.
