Responsibilities

• Own senior customer relationships and account strategy end to end
• Drive commercial outcomes including renewals, expansion, and revenue targets
• Lead pilot-to-production conversion, ensuring customers move from experimentation to operational scale
• Orchestrate cross-functional alignment across the account and manage junior resources

Requirements

• 4-8+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise consulting, or customer success leadership
• Demonstrated success driving commercial outcomes: renewals, expansion, and revenue growth
• Track record of managing senior executive relationships at complex organizations
• Experience leading pilot-to-production conversions in enterprise or industrial environments
• Ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams toward shared commercial and delivery objectives
• Strong commercial instincts and the ability to build and execute account strategies independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial AI experience
