Responsibilities
- Grow Nucleus across the California territory by onboarding IVF clinics, fertility networks, Academic Medical Centers, and labs
- Act as the subject matter expert for REIs, OB/GYNs, Lab Directors, and practice leadership
- Educate clinical teams on product value and integrate Nucleus into clinical care workflows
- Provide feedback from clinics to product, design, and engineering teams to influence product development
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling to physicians in diagnostics, genetics, reproductive health, or fertility
- 3+ years of experience closing deals with IVF clinics and fertility networks
- Proven track record of launching products, opening new markets, and growing revenue
- Deep knowledge of fertility treatment, reproductive genetics, carrier screening, prenatal testing, and IVF lab operations
- Ability to navigate clinical and operational decision-making in large organizations
Preferred Qualifications
- Established relationships across the fertility ecosystem
- Experience thriving in a fast-moving startup environment
