About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical lead in the sales process, partnering with Account Executives to translate litigation challenges into solutions.
  • Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations showcasing Reveal’s AI-powered eDiscovery platform, including machine learning and generative AI.
  • Present technical solutions to government agencies, addressing requirements for FedRAMP, data sovereignty, and security controls.
  • Lead structured evaluations of platform capabilities using client data to highlight the impact of integrated AI features.
  • Manage technical responses for government tenders, ensuring compliance with security, accessibility, and functional specifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Litigation Support within eDiscovery or legal technology.
  • Strong understanding of the EDRM lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Relativity, Everlaw, or CS Disco.
  • Familiarity with SaaS and on-premises architectures, as well as security and compliance frameworks.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to executive-level prospects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with structured, unstructured, and load-file data formats.
  • SQL proficiency and exposure to forensic tools.
  • Industry certifications such as ACEDS, RCA, Nuix, or Reveal Genius.
  • Knowledge of third-party collaboration platforms like Slack, Microsoft 365, or Google Workspace.
