Responsibilities
- Complete a 5-phased program covering warehouse logistics, counter sales, inside sales, and outside sales/account management
- Learn product knowledge and supply chain processes
- Manage customer service, order processing, and inventory controls
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors
Requirements
- College and/or University degree
- Experience in customer-facing or customer service roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment for the first 6-12 months

- Previous sales background or experience
