Strategic Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Directors on account strategy, multi-threading, and deal progression
• Design and execute targeted outbound strategies using industry context and stakeholder mapping to break into priority accounts
• Lead high-quality discovery to uncover business priorities and assess enterprise readiness
• Contribute to pipeline reviews by sharing outbound activity, account insights, and competitive signals
• Build and iterate on AI-enabled GTM workflows to scale prospecting and qualification

Requirements

• Business-level fluency in Portuguese
• 4+ years of relevant experience in enterprise SaaS sales
• Proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding ambitious sales targets
• Experience selling into regulated or complex industries such as Financial Services, Life Sciences, or Retail
• Strong executive presence with the ability to build credibility with C-Suite stakeholders and technical buyers
• High degree of ownership and comfort operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
