About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Directors on account strategy, multi-threading, and deal progression
- Design and execute targeted outbound strategies using industry context and stakeholder mapping to break into priority accounts
- Lead high-quality discovery to uncover business priorities and assess enterprise readiness
- Contribute to pipeline reviews by sharing outbound activity, account insights, and competitive signals
- Build and iterate on AI-enabled GTM workflows to scale prospecting and qualification
Requirements
- Business-level fluency in Portuguese
- 4+ years of relevant experience in enterprise SaaS sales
- Proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding ambitious sales targets
- Experience selling into regulated or complex industries such as Financial Services, Life Sciences, or Retail
- Strong executive presence with the ability to build credibility with C-Suite stakeholders and technical buyers
- High degree of ownership and comfort operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
