Responsibilities
- Make cold calls and qualify accounts through targeted outbound campaigns
- Leverage intent marketing and community intelligence tools to prioritize high-intent prospects
- Collaborate with sales leadership to improve outbound revenue growth motions
- Manage customer relationships and deliver exceptional experiences
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and demo calls
- Drive operational metrics including process throughput and defect rates
- Align client use cases with company best practices to deliver value
Requirements
- 1-2 years of Sales Development Representative experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong strategic mindset for go-to-market execution
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Expertise in project management and deploying multiple projects in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work in unstructured, autonomous environments
- Proven track record of consistent, repeatable sales performance
