Strategic Resource Management & Temporary Service Provider Senior Professional

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day staffing by coordinating resource requests, availability, and assignments
• Match consultants to roles based on skills, availability, and development goals
• Maintain accurate availability and engagement data within Saviom
• Prepare utilization, capacity, and availability insights for leadership
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of third-party providers, including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance
• Act as a key point of contact for routine staffing and vendor queries
• Identify process inefficiencies and suggest practical improvements

Requirements

• Experience in resource management, staffing, operations, or professional services support
• Strong analytical and presentation skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to identify and implement AI-enabled improvements to workflows
• Degree qualified or equivalent professional experience
• Experience with resource management planning software preferred
• Fluency in English
