Strategic Research Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic research advisor and subject matter expert for clients
• Transform business questions into strategic research plans and actionable insights
• Analyze data and craft insightful narratives for market objectives
• Own account relationships and serve as the primary market research point of contact
• Identify opportunities for client expansion through upsell and cross-sell initiatives
• Develop research project proposals and manage budgets and task delegation
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity across all deliverables
• Manage project quality, gross margin, and contract compliance

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of custom market research experience
• Minimum 5 years of client-facing research consultation experience
• Proven success managing a client portfolio of $500k - $1.5M
• Proficiency in market research software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Proficiency in SPSS, SAS, Qualtrics, SurveyGizmo, SurveyMonkey, R, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Strong strategic thinking and data analysis skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication for client interactions and report writing
