Strategic Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and lead relationships with complex institutional investment clients as the primary senior contact
• Drive new business generation by identifying prospects, leading presentations, and closing sales opportunities
• Develop and execute client strategies to identify growth opportunities and shape tailored investment solutions
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective issue resolution
• Act as a trusted advisor by analyzing investment needs and recommending product enhancements
• Manage and optimize client profitability through pricing strategy and competitive positioning
• Provide strategic input to senior management regarding product development and business initiatives

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in institutional client coverage, relationship management, or sales within financial services
• Strong knowledge of investment management across fixed income, equities (active and passive), cash, and international markets
• Broad understanding of portfolio management and financial markets
• Advanced skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and solution-based selling
