Strategic Recruitment Sourcing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-informed, multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify high-caliber passive talent
• Leverage sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM systems, and AI-enabled tools
• Conduct high-level phone screens to assess candidate interest and qualifications
• Partner with Recruiters and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce trends
• Build and nurture talent communities for business-critical and forecasted skill disciplines
• Act as a sourcing advisor by sharing market intelligence and competitive trends
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance across all sourcing systems and workflows
• Support inclusion and diversity goals through representative pipeline building

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field
• Proven track record in headhunting and building pipelines for specialized roles
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM, and talent intelligence platforms
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
• Exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience sourcing talent within construction, real estate, infrastructure, or professional services
