Strategic Proposal Writer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with proposal managers and sales leaders to develop persuasive, differentiated proposal content to win new business
• Conduct market and therapeutic area research to ensure proposals are relevant and compelling
• Contribute strategic insights to planning meetings, identifying client needs and recommending feasible study approaches
• Own the proposal development process from initial strategy through final delivery, managing timelines and stakeholder alignment
• Partner with contract specialists to develop clear, compelling contract language that meets client expectations while protecting the company
• Navigate complex contractual requirements and Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
• Maintain and enhance proposal and contract templates to ensure they remain current and accessible
• Contribute to case studies, thought leadership materials, and mentor junior team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Communication, Design, Business, or an equivalent field
• Strong proposal or contract management experience within a Clinical Research Organization (CRO) or similar environment
• Comprehensive understanding of clinical study conduct and contractual frameworks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and design tools
• Fluency in English and the local language (written and oral)
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• MBA degree
