Strategic Projects Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project management including scope, cross-functional coordination, and deadline monitoring
• Strategize and execute growth initiatives targeting existing clients
• Champion operational excellence by iterating on or designing new core processes
• Leverage data and insights to make strategic business recommendations and create execution plans
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategic goals
• Partner with FP&A and the CFO on budgeting and forecasting efforts
• Support the strategy team with market intelligence, performance analysis, and financial modeling

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business, Management, or Analytics
• 2-3 years of Strategy experience (Management Consulting or high-growth tech preferred)
• 2-3 years of operational project management experience
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Proven track record of stakeholder management in fast-paced environments
• Ability to distill complex analytics into actionable insights
