We are a team of owners, building the child care management platform that eliminates the administrative work of running a center.

Responsibilities

• Launch new AI product offerings from concept to revenue
• Build and systematize outbound go-to-market sales motions
• Partner with the CEO to identify, recruit, and close senior leadership talent
• Lead international expansion by evaluating new markets and navigating regulatory complexity
• Drive high-impact, ambiguous, cross-functional strategic initiatives

Requirements

• 3–10 years of experience in management consulting, investing, corporate strategy, business operations, or as a founder
• Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment
• Highly structured thinker capable of turning ambiguity into execution plans
• Analytical and data-driven with experience in financial modeling
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• High-ownership mindset with a focus on execution quality and speed
