Responsibilities
- Own customer engagements end-to-end, building credibility with founders, CXOs, and senior operators
- Drive execution across complex, high-stakes searches using data to influence hiring outcomes
- Mobilize recruiter capacity to translate customer needs into action and ensure strong outcomes
- Serve as the voice of the customer by feeding insights across the business to drive differentiated experiences
- Lead strategic projects to shape how delivery evolves, partnering with sales, supply, product, and engineering
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations, strategic projects, or account management with full customer ownership
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building from scratch and executing quickly
- Ability to solve complex, ambiguous operational problems with creative solutions
- Strong ability to manage multiple work streams and priorities using 80/20 skills
