Strategic Projects Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of internal and external projects involving national and state requirements
• Prioritize resources to ensure the most important tasks are on track and aligned with company needs
• Build consensus among stakeholders and leadership to accomplish goals within existing constraints
• Identify future blockers through forward-thinking planning
• Solve complex problems with many constraints using data-informed narratives
• Translate product knowledge into requirements for strategic projects

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management, business operations, or MBB consulting experience
• 3+ years of experience within healthcare interoperability
• Experience working in regulated industries with significant governance requirements
• Ability to work autonomously with ambiguous objectives
• Proficiency in organizing complex workflows for internal and external stakeholders
• Foundational knowledge in finance, data, compliance, and engineering
• Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate to the South Beach office
