Strategic Projects Lead

About the Company

Glomo is building cross-border payments infrastructure for India, regulated end-to-end by the RBI. We move money between India and the rest of the world for individuals and businesses underserved by legacy banks.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic projects from initial thesis to market launch and revenue generation
• Define project scope, size opportunities, and create 60-90 day execution plans
• Lead go-to-market efforts by negotiating with banks, card networks, and enterprise customers
• Translate market feedback into product requirements and collaborate with engineering on trade-offs
• Navigate regulatory, compliance, legal, and finance dependencies within the RBI framework
• Drive cross-functional progress with stakeholders across product, partnerships, and compliance

Requirements

• 4–7 years of professional experience with a proven track record of owning outcomes
• Background as an ex-founder, top-tier strategy consultant (with operator experience), senior fintech PM, or former VC/Investment Banker
• Ability to write clearly and make decisions via memos
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
• High level of autonomy and comfort with ambiguity
• Experience operating within regulated environments (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Indian fintech ecosystem
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously
