Responsibilities

• Lead execution of high-visibility customer data collection pipelines
• Translate customer needs into well-structured datasets to enhance model performance
• Develop and optimize infrastructure for data pipelines to ensure quality and scalability
• Support and manage globally distributed teams of expert LLM contributors
• Design and implement analytics to inform decision-making and improve performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams

Requirements

• Recent graduate or graduating soon with a strong academic record
• Internship experience in tech, consulting, banking, financial services, or startups
• Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking skills
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, Google Docs, and Google Drive
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• STEM major (Engineering or Computer Science preferred)
• Exposure to technical concepts such as data, software, or AI
