Strategic Projects Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize booking, conversion, and closing processes along the sales funnel
• Create, track, and interpret relevant funnel, performance, and growth KPIs
• Identify process inefficiencies, including using AI, and support the derivation and implementation of improvement measures
• Collaborate on the development, implementation, and evaluation of measures to reactivate lost leads
• Provide close support and enablement for daily sales operations and work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Product to implement data-driven optimizations

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience or relevant internships/working student roles in an analytical, data-driven, and dynamic environment
• Strong academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a comparable field
• AI affinity with experience in developing initial products or a passion for AI product innovation
• High level of initiative and a hands-on mentality
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
