Strategic Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives by creating comprehensive program plans.
• Manage a portfolio of projects of strategic and operational importance to the organization.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards to track progress toward organizational goals, including growth, access, and financial metrics.
• Lead project activities including charter definition, budget development, resource allocation, and meeting facilitation.
• Collaborate with managers, directors, and analysts to identify areas for improvement and achieve departmental objectives.
• Monitor work plans and metrics to ensure activities are executed on-time and on-budget.
• Develop communication plans for improvement and change efforts.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Health Administration or a related field from an accredited program.
• Minimum of one (1) year of healthcare-related experience.
• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office product suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of healthcare experience in strategy or operations.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or experience with project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with healthcare data systems (such as Epic) and business intelligence tools.
• Proven business writing skills for creating executive-level reports and strategic documents.
• Strong interpersonal, management, and communication skills.
