About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support high-impact initiatives tied to acquisitions, integration, and strategic growth within the Adhesive Technologies business unit.
  • Support acquisition evaluation, due diligence coordination, integration planning, and post-close tracking.
  • Translate strategic objectives into clear plans, timelines, workstreams, and measurable success outcomes.
  • Coordinate inputs across key functions including Finance, Legal, Commercial, Operations, HR, IT, and Supply Chain.
  • Track progress, risks, decisions, and value realization for strategic growth initiatives.
  • Prepare executive updates, recommendations, and decision-support materials for senior leadership.
  • Facilitate alignment across functional teams and support repeatable M&A tools, templates, and governance routines.

Requirements

  • Approximately 10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, M&A integration, or business transformation.
  • Proven experience leading high-visibility, cross-functional initiatives with senior leaders.
  • Strong project management discipline, including planning, governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to support business cases and investment decisions.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous business problems into clear, actionable plans.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • High level of discretion and comfort working in confidential environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP certification.
  • Industry experience in consumer goods, adhesives, manufacturing, distribution, or building materials.
