Strategic Project Manager – Business Transformation & Strategic Initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact projects supporting growth, transformation, performance improvement, and strategic execution across Henkel Adhesive Technologies.
• Provide project leadership for cross-functional initiatives including transformation programs, new technology, process improvement, and change management.
• Translate complex business needs into clear project plans, timelines, milestones, and success measures.
• Establish project governance, including status reporting, risk and issue tracking, decision logs, and escalation paths.
• Coordinate inputs across key functions such as Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT.
• Prepare executive updates, recommendations, and decision-support materials for senior leadership.
• Support selected M&A, integration, partnership, or growth-related initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Approximately 10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business transformation, or project management.
• Proven experience leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives with senior leaders.
• Strong project management discipline, including planning, governance, and risk management.
• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to support business cases and track outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to structure complex or ambiguous priorities into clear, actionable plans.
• Proficiency with project management, reporting, and collaboration tools.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to M&A, integration, corporate development, or strategic growth initiatives.
• Industry experience in consumer goods, adhesives, manufacturing, distribution, or building materials.
• Strong change management mindset with a focus on sustainable impact and adoption.
