Strategic Programs & Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic program management and own cross-functional initiatives to bridge organizational gaps
• Design and produce high-quality executive narratives, keynotes, and customer meeting content
• Synchronize the operational rhythm of the business, including quarterly planning and MBOs
• Provide strategic observations and proactive insights to leadership regarding organizational shifts
• Lead high-visibility special projects with rapid turnaround and high discretion

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed by May 2025 or earlier
• 1+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, or Business Operations
• Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills with the ability to create board-ready decks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization
• US work authorization without the need for future sponsorship

• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex human dynamics
• A proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity
