Strategic Program Manager - Source to Pay Transformation

Responsibilities

• Build and manage aligned plans, achievements, dependencies, risks, and mitigations across the S2P transformation portfolio.
• Define KPIs and baselines with process owners to track benefits and drive measurable impact.
• Facilitate decision forums and resolve tradeoffs to keep partners aligned on scope, sequencing, and outcomes.
• Establish run-state metrics and operational handoffs to sustain improvements and support continuous optimization.
• Coordinate with process, data, technology, and people teams to ensure readiness and smooth deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in program/project management, business transformation, or change management.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a global, matrixed environment.
• Working knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes, including sourcing, contracting, requisitioning, and invoicing.
• Demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise executive-level communications regarding status, risks, and value delivered.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a proactive, execution-oriented mindset.

• Experience in program governance and complex dependency management.
• Expertise in benefits definition, critical metric baselining, and value realization tracking.
• A continuous improvement approach to Source-to-Pay process orientation.
