Strategic Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer advocate to build strong relationships and long-term loyalty
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time project delivery and manage risks
• Apply engineering and manufacturing expertise to identify risks and develop mitigation plans
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide guidance to internal teams and customers
• Monitor program milestones and adjust timelines or resources to meet quality standards
• Facilitate regular status meetings to ensure alignment on requirements and expectations
• Identify process improvement opportunities to drive operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience managing projects or programs in engineering or manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with NPD, NPI, and APQP
• Expertise in multiple manufacturing processes (e.g., CNC Machining, 3D Printing, Injection Molding)
• Experience in customer-facing technical or consulting roles
• Strong program management and risk management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in manufacturing software and business tools
