Strategic Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales General Manager to formulate and articulate sales strategy, including market prioritization and coverage model optimization
• Design, prepare, and facilitate Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR/QBR) for senior leadership
• Translate the GM's vision into actionable plans and build the operating cadence to ensure execution
• Serve as the GM's representative in cross-organizational forums to align stakeholders and resolve blockers
• Lead strategic initiatives end-to-end, from initial scoping through execution and retrospective
• Identify emerging market trends and competitive threats to provide actionable recommendations

Requirements

• 7+ years of management consulting, strategy, technology, venture capital, or related industry experience
• BA or BS degree in a related field
• Experience engaging and influencing senior executives
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large, complicated programs
• Proficiency in English language communication, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or experience in technology-related sales, business development, or sales engineering
• Experience in sales operations, finance, or business development leadership roles
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel
• Experience working with Data & AI related technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, etc.)
