Strategic Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead GPD strategy development and the annual strategy planning process
• Act as chief-of-staff to the GPD senior leadership team, managing operating rhythms and leadership communications
• Drive program management governance for NPI activities, including milestone tracking and risk escalation
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and executable initiatives
• Define program scope, success measures, governance, and integrated workplans
• Facilitate executive and cross-functional forums to capture decisions and actions
• Synthesize complex information into crisp insights and recommendations for senior leaders
• Manage stakeholder communications and change management approaches

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10+ years of experience in program, project, or portfolio management, strategy and operations, or consulting
• Strong expertise in strategic planning and governance rhythms
• Proven experience in executive stakeholder management
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage complexity and uncertainty within a global matrix organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or MBA
