Strategic Program Lead, Pricing & Inventory

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional programs that drive outcomes for users, studio partners, and the business
• Design and launch beta tests to validate new ideas and scale successful initiatives companywide
• Translate high-level business goals into actionable frameworks, roadmaps, and strategic pillars
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to align on strategy and execution
• Present insights, recommendations, and program progress to senior leadership, including the CEO
• Manage timelines, resources, and trade-offs across multiple complex initiatives
• Drive decision-making in ambiguous environments using structured thinking and measurable experimentation

Requirements

• 5+ years in strategy, consulting, private equity, venture capital, or program management at a fast-scaling tech company
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs from concept through execution
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and test design, including advanced Excel skills
• Strong ability to connect high-level strategy to measurable business impact
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to distill complex ideas for executive audiences
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with sound judgment and creative problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SQL, Looker, or Tableau
• Deep understanding of B2B and/or B2C business models
• Experience in eCommerce
