Strategic Product Manager

About the Company

Forus is building an AI-powered network that connects doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma to accelerate new science to patients. Our platform automates the complexity between a doctor prescribing a medicine and a patient starting treatment, including insurance coverage, financial assistance, and supply chain navigation.

Responsibilities

• Own high-priority zero-to-one initiatives that do not yet have an established product team or obvious solution
• Work across new customer categories, internal workflows, and emerging business lines to understand problems and determine what Forus should build
• Take initiatives from initial problem definition through prototyping, implementation, launch, measurement, and transition into a durable operating model
• Build early prototypes directly where useful, using data analysis, AI development tools, lightweight software, and operational experimentation
• Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, design, operations, commercial, and clinical teams
• Create the metrics, feedback loops, and operating mechanisms needed to determine initiative success

Requirements

• Experience in product management, software engineering, or forward deployed roles in high-growth environments
• Track record of driving ambiguous, cross-functional problems to measurable outcomes
• Technical judgment regarding software, data, AI systems, and operational processes
• Hands-on experience using AI and technical tools to prototype and automate
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to move quickly and find resourceful solutions to deliver on goals
