Strategic Procurement Associate (Rotational Trainee Program) Adhesives NA

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 24-month rotational trainee program starting July 2026, focused on professional development in Strategic Purchasing
• Develop purchasing skills by executing tangible projects across various purchasing areas within the Adhesive Technologies business unit
• Manage day-to-day operations while applying entrepreneurial and project leadership skills
• Collaborate closely with top management across different functions and geographical scopes
• Engage in continuous learning through a structured training plan, mentorship, and peer exchange

Requirements

• MBA or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field with at least 18 months of experience
• OR an Undergraduate degree with at least two years of related professional experience
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a hands-on attitude
• Proven leadership potential and strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional working experience, including relevant internships
