Strategic Pricing & Contract Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation of business terms with external customers to ensure alignment with corporate policies and risk tolerance
• Own end-to-end contract development, including drafting, cross-functional review, and final delivery
• Partner with Legal and cross-functional teams to finalize contract language and ensure regulatory compliance
• Perform deal modeling and pricing analysis using historical data, market trends, and competitive insights
• Manage complex agreement structures such as rebates, consignment, and GPO/IDN implementations
• Lead the RFP process, including drafting, evaluation, and submission coordination
• Support and train sales teams on contracting tools, policies, and negotiation strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 5-7 years of combined experience in business, accounting, or finance
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to develop custom pricing and deal models
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce, CLM, CPQ, SAP, or Power BI
• Familiarity with Smartsheet, Copilot, and contract workflow tools such as Conga or DocuSign
