About the role

About the Company

VREY is building the EnergyOS for multi-family residential buildings. We combine certified metering operations with our own software to enable owners to sell self-generated solar power directly to tenants, turning regulatory requirements into profitable opportunities for the energy transition.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale a nationwide partner network of solar installers
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships at the management and sales leadership levels
  • Act as the central point of contact for partners regarding project inquiries
  • Develop outreach strategies, pitch structures, and decision-making processes
  • Collaborate with Growth, Sales, and the CEO to test and roll out new partnership models
  • Measure, analyze, and optimize partner processes using HubSpot CRM
  • Build reporting structures and automations to drive data-driven partner management
  • Develop partner programs, incentives, and new go-to-market approaches

Requirements

  • Experience in partnership management, B2B sales, or business development
  • Background in a fast-growing startup or industries like energy, real estate, or trades
  • University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to make independent, scalable decisions
  • Strong interest in startups, energy, or real estate
  • Fluent German (C2 level) and ability to explain complex products clearly
  • Based in Berlin or willing to relocate

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM
  • Proven track record in building scalable sales or partner channels
