Responsibilities

• Masterfully articulate Tilt's vision and product to influential partners including influencers and retailers
• Develop and nurture strong seller relationships through a consultative approach and executive-level coaching
• Build a playbook of best practices and operational strategies to support seller success
• Grow seller business using data-driven recommendations aligned with company goals
• Manage a targeted book of business to drive in-quarter growth and product adoption
• Partner with cross-functional teams to advocate for seller needs and share market insights
• Perform project management on strategic initiatives across various stakeholders

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a B2B client-facing role
• Experience in sales, account management, or partnerships within a high-growth organization
• Passion for live shopping and fashion trends
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for building trust with internal and external stakeholders
• Persuasive communication skills to convey value and lead cross-functional execution
• Strong organizational skills to plan strategic initiatives and track targets
