About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prioritize, and develop partnership opportunities across the U.S. provider ecosystem, including oncology networks, health systems, and precision diagnostics companies.
  • Own outreach and relationship building with senior stakeholders, such as service line leaders, research directors, and executives.
  • Develop commercial proposals and deal frameworks, including revenue share, co-marketing, and data partnership structures.
  • Lead negotiations and drive agreements through to signature, coordinating with legal, compliance, and operational workstreams.
  • Represent Massive Bio at major industry conferences and professional communities to build channel presence.
  • Track market dynamics and competitor moves to provide insights for the go-to-market approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial roles within the U.S. provider ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of closing seven-figure annual B2B healthcare deals involving multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Working knowledge of clinical trial patient reach, research infrastructure, and provider screening workflows.
  • Understanding of healthcare data governance, including HIPAA, BAAs, and data use agreements.
  • Strong commercial instincts and the ability to prospect and iterate in ambiguous, greenfield environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA, MHA, or an advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • Direct experience in oncology, clinical research, or precision medicine.
