About the role

Responsibilities

  • Map and prospect supply operators including hotel groups, retailers, transit hubs, and venue chains across EU, NA, and APAC
  • Identify and engage senior decision-makers through structured outreach via email, LinkedIn, and industry events
  • Navigate RFP processes and lead commercial negotiations to close agreements with enterprise-level supply partners
  • Build co-branded and distribution partnerships with OTAs, loyalty programs, and travel platforms to drive user acquisition
  • Define commercial structures for deals, including revenue shares, white-label agreements, and reseller models
  • Manage the full partnership lifecycle from initial outreach and contract negotiation to internal implementation and go-live
  • Track performance against KPIs and conduct regular business reviews to identify expansion opportunities

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles
  • Proven track record of building partner pipelines from scratch and closing complex enterprise deals
  • Experience in travel, consumer tech, marketplaces, mobility, or hospitality industries
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills with an understanding of unit economics
  • Project management mindset with the ability to align internal teams like Engineering, Marketing, and Legal
  • Ability to travel internationally to meet partners across Europe, North America, and APAC
