Responsibilities
- Build and manage referral-generating relationships with case management professionals and organizations
- Execute market-specific strategies within Payer organizations and ODP/waiver-funded services
- Drive targeted referral volume through consultative education and field-based activity
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Payer organizations or managed care environments
- Understanding of Pennsylvania's Payer and ODP ecosystem
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and reach decision makers
