Strategic Partnerships Leader, AI Network Infrastructure (APAC)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the APAC channel strategic plan focusing on AI network infrastructure, NeoCloud, and sovereign AI opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional sales leaders and strategic account teams to manage pipeline, forecasts, and closed revenue.
• Drive partner-led adoption of high-density passive optical connectivity for GPU clusters and scale-out network fabrics.
• Identify and pursue NeoCloud and government-led AI infrastructure programs by mapping stakeholders and procurement models.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners including NVIDIA, Dell, WWT, and Hyper-Scale Data Centre developers.
• Create partner enablement plans, including training, playbooks, and solution briefs to increase selling effectiveness.
• Coordinate with marketing to execute partner campaigns and field programs to generate qualified leads.
• Provide market feedback and competitive insights on AI cabling and connectivity trends to internal teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development within data center infrastructure or networking.
• Proven experience in data center infrastructure, networking, or cabling/connectivity technologies.
• Working knowledge of AI data center infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Ability to travel up to 40% within the APAC region.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience engaging with GPU/AI ecosystem stakeholders and reference architectures.
• Exposure to sovereign AI or regulated industry projects (government, defense, finance, or healthcare).
• Strong commercial skills in pipeline creation, value-based selling, and negotiation.
• MBA or an advanced degree.
