About the role

About the Company

Forus is building an AI-powered network that connects doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma to accelerate new science to patients. Our platform automates the complexity between a doctor prescribing a medicine and a patient starting treatment, including insurance coverage, financial assistance, and supply chain navigation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Forus’ partnership strategy across payers, PBMs, pharmacies, wholesalers, GPOs, and other healthcare organizations
  • Identify external relationships that can accelerate growth, improve medication access, or expand product capabilities
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across complex healthcare organizations
  • Own partnerships end-to-end, including sourcing, strategic assessment, negotiation, implementation, and governance
  • Coordinate across product, engineering, operations, commercial, legal, and leadership teams to translate opportunities into outcomes
  • Represent Forus externally to establish the company as a trusted participant in the healthcare ecosystem

Requirements

  • 7–12 years of experience in healthcare partnerships, business development, investing, strategy, or consulting
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem (payers, PBMs, pharmacies, wholesalers, or health tech infrastructure)
  • Experience structuring partnerships spanning commercial, technical, operational, regulatory, and legal considerations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of delivering on goals in fast-paced environments
