Strategic Partnerships Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic business partnerships and business development activities in Central and Eastern Europe
• Identify opportunities for partnerships that support business goals
• Establish and maintain partnerships at a local level
• Source input from all business areas to identify partner-driven growth opportunities
• Evaluate the financial and strategic benefits of potential partnerships
• Build and maintain relationships with potential partners and external executive stakeholders
• Manage and engage current partnerships in the market

Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or a related field
• Proven track record of structuring, negotiating, and executing growth partnership strategies
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Native German speaker and fluent in English
• Excellence in managing partnerships end-to-end from strategy through execution
• Deep business acumen for market research and anticipating business needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Consulting, Marketing, Finance, or Strategic Partnerships roles
• Experience operating effectively within a global matrix organization
• Strong project management and organization skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and evolving priorities in a dynamic environment
