Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners to drive long-term mutual success
• Define joint goals and success metrics and conduct regular business reviews
• Proactively identify opportunities to expand partnership scope, volume, or co-marketing
• Act as the internal champion for partners, synthesizing feedback for product and operations teams
• Support the design and execution of go-to-market initiatives
• Identify and qualify prospective new partners to expand the network
• Represent Adaptive at industry conferences and trade events

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or account management
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• Commercial instincts for structuring mutually valuable engagements
• Highly organized with a focus on accountability
• Ability to thrive in an early-stage, ambiguous environment
• Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in insurtech, fintech, or climate sectors
• Background working with insurance distribution partners, agents, brokers, or wholesalers
• Exposure to go-to-market or product strategy in high-growth environments
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree
• Prior experience at an early-stage startup
