Strategic Partnership Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide implementation support to Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS) schools and regions
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions to drive engagement and usage of IXL
• Travel locally to deliver impactful professional development and provide implementation support (up to 60% local travel)
• Collaborate with school and district partners to create and implement professional development plans
• Use data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps for successful implementation
• Partner with Customer Success and Sales team members to manage and grow customer relationships

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 7+ years of educational professional development experience
• Experience as a school or district administrator OR extensive experience delivering PD to these audiences
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with web-based technologies to support instruction
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• K-12 teaching experience, specifically within the M-DCPS district
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently
