Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for strategic, complex partnerships
- Cultivate and maintain senior-level relationships with partner organizations
- Design and deliver training, enablement programs, and sales tools for partner teams
- Accelerate pipeline generation through joint planning, account mapping, and co-selling motions
- Track partnership performance metrics and optimize strategies to maximize revenue
Requirements
- 5+ years in SaaS partnerships
- 2+ years managing technology and/or channel partnerships
- Proven track record of scaling existing partnerships and launching new alliances
- Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate deliverables and impact
- Familiarity with the customer support technology landscape and CX trends
