Responsibilities

• Own high-stakes, cross-functional projects from start to finish
• Lead full integration of recently acquired businesses, including compliance, systems, and people
• Build plans, financial models, and timelines for new business lines and products
• Uplevel and expand company functions by setting goals and making hiring decisions
• Solve complex operational problems to enable efficient scaling across geographies and customers

Requirements

• Track record of building and scaling an operation, function, or business end-to-end
• Strong commercial instincts for structuring deals and negotiating terms
• Financial acumen to build models and underwrite investments
• Exceptional follow-through and ability to manage multiple complex workstreams
• High autonomy and judgment in ambiguous environments
• Background in high-growth companies, consulting, banking, or investing
