Strategic Operations Manager - Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Own revenue planning for the A&B sales channel, including annual planning, quota design, and headcount forecasting
• Develop and maintain channel-specific go-to-market frameworks for accounting and bookkeeping professionals
• Design, document, and improve end-to-end sales processes and enablement playbooks
• Build and maintain dashboards for real-time visibility into channel health, pipeline trends, and revenue attainment
• Administer and optimize CRM workflows and data hygiene in Salesforce and HubSpot
• Act as the primary RevOps liaison to the A&B channel sales team
• Partner with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success to align field execution with company goals

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in sales/partner enablement, partnerships, consulting, or business operations
• Strong analytical skills with ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and BI tools (Metabase, Tableau, or Looker)
• Experience as a systems thinker capable of scaling processes from concept to launch
• Strong cross-functional communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with accounting firms, GTM partner programs, or B2B software ecosystems
• Experience building RevOps infrastructure in high-growth environments
• Familiarity with data tools like dbt, BigQuery, or Snowflake
• Experience with AI agents, LLM-based applications, or prompt engineering
• Background in fintech or SMB-focused SaaS environments
